Mixer Cocktail Co. is a mobile bar company based on the Central Coast, built to bring handcrafted cocktails to weddings, festivals, and large events with speed and style.

We’re Haden and Dylan, the faces behind Mixer Cocktail Co. With over 25 years of combined experience in bars and events, we set out to create a mobile bar as efficient and reliable as any brick-and-mortar. Mixer batches premium cocktails from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients and serve them on draft through our custom tap trailer and portable tap systems. This approach allows us to provide high-volume, efficient service without sacrificing quality or creativity.

We streamline bar service to eliminate long lines and deliver consistently delicious drinks at scale.
