  • Erica D. Crawford  | President/CEO

Erica joined the Executive Staff of the Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce in January of 2016 and is responsible for aligning the operations, advocacy, and development of the Chamber with the strategic plan of the Board of Directors. Prior to her California residency, Erica operated independently owned restaurants in Brooklyn, NY, where she got a heavy dose of experience specific to labor relations, city and state business compliance, and marketing …along with an occasional East Coast accent. Erica completed her BA in Sociology at Columbia University. Her work in rapidly gentrifying urban environments fostered a broad and holistic understanding of the complex relationship between community development, neighborhood preservation, and economic vitality.

  • Lisa G. Bahr | Director of Development

Lisa joined the Chamber team in November of 2019 and is responsible for membership and development initiatives for the organization.  Lisa is a business leader with extensive marketing, communications and non-profit experience. Prior to joining the Chamber, Lisa was the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications at Cubic Corporation in San Diego. Lisa brings a unique perspective to the Chamber as a former brick-and-mortar small business owner and is currently a strategic marketing communications consultant.  She lives in Morro Bay and is passionate about connecting community members and promoting businesses in the region.
