Erica D. Crawford | President/CEO
Erica joined the Executive Staff of the Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce in January of 2016 and is responsible for aligning the operations, advocacy, and development of the Chamber with the strategic plan of the Board of Directors. Prior to her California residency, Erica operated independently owned restaurants in Brooklyn, NY, where she got a heavy dose of experience specific to labor relations, city and state business compliance, and marketing …along with an occasional East Coast accent. Erica completed her BA in Sociology at Columbia University. Her work in rapidly gentrifying urban environments fostered a broad and holistic understanding of the complex relationship between community development, neighborhood preservation, and economic vitality.

Lynsey Hansen | Membership Director
Lynsey is a Morro Bay native. She was a Massage Therapist for over 11 years and opened her own massage office in 2018. Compassion and understanding come easy to her. As a former business owner herself, she is zealous about the betterment of her community as a whole. Through joining the Chamber of Commerce in 2018 an interest in networking with others blossomed into a passion. It started with volunteering at the annual Chamber Gala which in turn lead to joining the Chamber Ambassadors Community shortly after. When she is not working she enjoys meeting with her monthly bookclub, gardening and BBQ. She has a mischievous cat named Mack who, more often than not, can be found hunting butterflies and rummaging through her garden.
