Raptors, Rats and You!
Rodents can be a nuisance and a health hazard if they take up residence in the wrong places. And while poisoning them may seem like a simple solution, the repercussions are far from simple. Poisons designed to kill rats also poison wildlife, pets, and children. Join us via ZOOM to welcome Morro Coast Audubon Society President Judy Neuhauser. Learn how beautiful birds of prey are threatened by the widespread use of rat poison, and how you can promote natural raptor predation of pests. Judy will also be joined with a special guest from Pacific Wildlife Care, the Great Horned Owl!
