MEDITATION AND GRATITUDE PRACTICE
Join us for a grounding meditation to bring more gratitude and presence during these uncertain times. Meditation instructor, Dawn Feuerberg will de-mystify meditation with clear, concise, and practical guidance. Every Wednesday from 12pm-12:45pm, Dawn will begin each class with breath work to calm the nervous system. She will then guide you through classic mindfulness meditation techniques to bring balanced relaxation, restore your energy, improve well-being and clear the mind. Mantra Practice will be offered to experience more depth & increase focus. Dharma Talks will be interwoven on the underlying principles of meditation, the power of gratitude, bliss consciousness, and developing a daily practice that supports you wherever you are.
