    Founders of Let's Get Tuned

Natalie and Jon are a down-to-earth duo who get it—life can be stressful. That’s exactly why they created Let’s Get Tuned, a sound and yoga studio built not for health gurus, but for real people who just need a break.

Natalie has a background in education and a passion for creating calm in everyday chaos. Jon’s the kind of guy who once chased the grind, until he realized peace of mind was the real success. Together, they help people press pause, breathe deeper, and tune back into themselves—no experience required.

Whether you’re just trying to sleep better, think clearer, or stop feeling so wired all the time, Natalie and Jon are here to help you feel more human again—one breath, sound, and stretch at a time.

    Morro Bay Fire Department C-ShiftC-Shift
    Morro Bay Fire Department

The C-Shift of the MBFD is back at Breakfast on the Bay to discuss Weed abatement! Weed abatement is essential for fire safety, as overgrown dry vegetation can quickly ignite and spread flames, putting homes and lives at risk. It also supports health and wellness by reducing allergens, pests, and harmful air pollutants that thrive in unmanaged weeds.

The Morro Bay Fire Department is responsible for numerous activities that promote life safety in the community, including:

    • Emergency medical services
    • Fire suppression activities in structures, wildland, vehicles, boats and harbor-related areas
    • Technical rescue services including high-angle rope rescues, confined space rescue, trench rescue, water rescue, and urban search and rescue

The department also undertakes hazardous material operations along with other services such as training activities, fire prevention and code enforcement, public education and assistance, disaster preparedness and manages the City's Emergency Operations Center
